Danish Addressbrev (Address cards were used to post parcels) used as a freight letter for the return of empty beer bottles.  Franked in Kobenhavn with a 4 ore stamp and posted as an advice on how to collect the freight

Posted in Thorshavn on May 12th and received in Berlin on May 22, 1908 - a transit time of 10 days from the Faroes.

Use of Denmark 5 øre brown wavy line issue on piece of parcel card. 
The 5 øre brown was issued exclusively as a booklet stamp.  The Faroe Islands did not have machinery to dispense booklets and they were infrequently used, the majority of them being brought to the Islands after having been purchased in Denmark. Use of this stamp is previously unreported in the Faroes.
